Featuring international and professional talents alongside those found within our student body and faculty, the University of Calgary offers professional quality events at a fraction of the price of many comparable companies in the city.

Not only are performing arts events at the University of Calgary affordable — as a research university, our events serve as an invaluable part of the education of each student within the performing arts faculties. Having a full, diverse audience present at these events helps the students in their development as tomorrow's professional performing artists.

05/03/2012 Congratulations to Theresa Lane, violinist and third-year music student, who recently won a permanent position with the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra. Don't miss Theresa's upcoming performance with the UCalgary String Quartet and internationally renowned pianist Anton Keurti on May 18 at the Rozsa Centre.
